Do you sell our information?
No V.W.S does not sell or give away any customer data to anyone outside of the company. Please view our Privacy Policy at the bottom of the page for futher information.
What is included in your window cleaning service?
Our window cleaning services/quotes doesn’t include the removal of paint, hard water, acid etch or other stage 2+ damage. We can include it in your service but it must be specifically requested. If we are at a location and come upon hard water stains we will not automatically remove them. We will give you an estimate for the removal of items and only begin after authorization. We offer 3 different packages each with different items. Package A is just window cleaning service. Package B is your window cleaning service and tracks. Package C is window cleaning, tracks, and hand cleaning of screens.
Is glass repair safe?
Yes, our glass repair service is safe and will actually make your glass stronger by removing the damage.
Do you offer any guarantees?
Yes, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on our work. We also offer a 3 day rain and streak free guarantee.
Our 3 day rain guarantee is for residential customers only. It is the homeowners responsibility to notify us within the 3 days either by phone or email.
Are you insured and licensed?
Yes, we are insured and licensed through the state. Our profession doesn’t require a specific license (contractors) other than a state license to work.
How do you accept payments?
VWS accepts cash, credit, debit, PayPal, checks, and offers invoice service.
